From a line of dialogue to its video frame
- Open a local video, then import an SRT or VTT subtitle file.
- Select a line to seek to its capture time. Review the frame, adjust if needed, then capture your selection. Separate lines are preserved even when their times overlap.
- Results enter this page’s library. Edit images, download a ZIP, or create PNG / PDF storyboards.
What if the subtitles are out of sync?
Positive values move subtitles later in the video. Changing this resets per-line timing adjustments. Default: midpoint of each line
Does this tool recognize speech or burned-in subtitles?
Import a subtitle file to begin. This tool does not transcribe speech or recognize subtitles embedded in the picture.
Can I move these images to another tool page?
This library stays in the current page’s memory only. Download before leaving, refreshing or closing it. The original video is never modified. Subtitle text uses a readable standard layout, not the file’s original positioning or fonts. Browser seeking may land near the requested encoded frame; review the preview before exporting.
